FAQ

Are there any parking options?

There will be secured parking for VIP guests. We will send our VIP guests a detailed email before the event on how parking will be accessible. For general admission, stay up to date on our social media. We will be providing tips and locations for parking options around the venue.

Our event is family-friendly and open to all ages. However, attendees under 18 recommended to be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, we will have a variety of food and beverage vendors on-site, including options for alcohol sales for attendees 21 and over.

For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, we prohibit weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and large bags. A full list of prohibited items will be available on our website and social media closer to the event date.

We set up a tier system and we are offering discounted tickets for attendees who are willing to check in before 7 pm. Early access ticket holders must collect their wristbands from our ticket booth before 7pm!

If you change your mind or miss the given timeframe, you will be given an option to obtain your wristband for a late arrival surcharge. Surcharges will be determined based on the purchased ticket tier and type. Surcharges will be payable on the date of the event at the ticket booths.

For example: If you purchased a Tier 1 early access general admission ticket for $100, and the final tier (Tier 2) general admission ticket is $150, your surcharge will be $50 (the difference between the two prices). Only applies to early access ticket holders if they miss the check in time!

All ticket sales are final!

There will be a designated lost and found area at the event. Please visit the ticket booth for assistance with lost items during the event. After the event, contact us at [email protected] to inquire about any items left behind.

Re-entry is permitted, although not recommended.

Our event primarily offers standing room to accommodate more attendees and provide an energetic concert atmosphere. Seating will be available for VIP ticket holders.
